Dwain serves as the founding pastor and visionary of New Horizon Church in Tacoma Washington. New Horizon is a non-denominational church that began in 1991 with a handful of devoted people with a vision to restore people from all walks of life. He is blessed with an amazing wife, family, leadership team and eldership team who serve to lead the Church. In 1997 he was led into a ministry of deliverance and restoration. This ministry has been a blessing to many people; leading them to freedom, true identity and restoration. His passion is to see each believer in Jesus raised up into their royal identity and purpose filled destiny.

He has written several books about faith and spiritual freedom, including the manual to his deliverance and restoration course entitled “Restored Life”.
